Perched on the slopes of the Northern Beaches, this expansive luxury three-level home is thoughtfully designed for entertaining, relaxation, and embracing its coastal environment.

This project breathes new life into an existing house through a carefully planned extension and renovation, introducing a new primary living area and master suite that enhance the connection to the landscape while maximising natural light and ventilation. The redesign also refines circulation within the home, highlighted by a central floating timber staircase framed by floor-to-ceiling timber battens, creating dynamic shifts of natural light as you move through the space.

Drawing inspiration from Australia’s iconic landscape, blackbutt timber is featured prominently, seamlessly unifying the home. Complemented by earthy tones and natural textures, the interior exudes warmth and sophistication, harmonising beautifully with its picturesque surroundings.
